About

My name is Natalie,
I am currently undertaking direct client work as an independent Therapeutic Life Story Work Practitioner, whilst also providing consultation, training and reflective practice.

I utilise strength-based, individualised and trauma informed approaches to connect with the children, young people and families that I work with. I am a strong advocate for client voice and have had the privilege of supporting many young people make sense of their stories.

I believe that all children and young people deserve safety, care, and environments in which they thrive, and I hope to support them find their path.

Experience

I have been granted opportunities working within the social services industry across Melbourne, in roles as a Case Manager, Advanced Case Manager, Court Advice Worker, Team Leader, Senior Practice Advisor and Senior Project Officer. I have specific expertise in working with, and providing consultation on, young people experiencing complex mental health, forensic and disability needs.

I hold qualifications in Social Science, Psychology, Community Work and Case Management, attachment, and therapeutic and trauma-informed care.
